In a letter dated September 18, 2015, Greer Community Ministries Executive Director Cindy Simpler writes, “Dear Larry, I don’t know how to begin to thank you for your generous and consistent support. Tony told us that there would be no charge for the A/C repair and evaporator coil replacement. I understand that the cost would have been around $2,500. That covers the cost of 625 meals — nearly two days of meals for our Meals on Wheels recipients. We thank you, and we’ll place a label that reads, ‘Many thanks to Five Star PHC for providing today’s meal,’ on every meal one day next week to let the people we serve know how much you do for Greer Community Ministries.”
