Tommy Sinn, Vice President and General Manager of Five Star Plumbing Heating Cooling and Electrical, recently received the Building Analyst Professional certification from the Building Performance Institute.
Tommy is currently the only HVAC professional in the Upstate holding this certification. It allows him to perform comprehensive, whole-home assessments to identify construction defects in houses and prescribe solutions based on building science. Through this process, he can achieve lower utility bills, more comfortable homes, and better air quality for our customers.

In addition to holding the Building Analyst Professional certification, Tommy is a licensed mechanical contractor, a Certified HVAC System Designer, a Certified International Ground Source Heat Pump (Geothermal Heating and Air Conditioning) System Designer.
