Hi, I need to speak highly of one of your employees. Tylor Carter... I am a woman alone, struggling financially... couldn't afford to pay all that money... it was a simple matter actually to fix, correct a plug outside of my RV to the circuit breaker box, the wires were exposed... I know nothing... so he was such a kind gentleman to help a damsel in distress by allowing me to communicate while busy himself, to send pictures of my plug and guide me through on how to fix it myself and after it was done approving it... and I did it exactly... after I sent him those pictures and I actually learned something myself to do for myself... and was approved by my landlord... and has been working great... I need to say it actually melts my heart when you have people who understand your situation and are willing to help someone out of the goodness of their heart as best as he could do... I used Five Star recently to replace the original electrical panel box in my home that was built in the 60's. Craig did a fantastic job navigating the project and resolving the electrical issues we were having and installing the updated panel box. At the conclusion of the job the inspector didn't show and I was forced to go all night without power. However, I can't fault Five Star, simply because they and the tech were calling the inspection office all day. I am not sure anything could have been done about that and it serves as a perfect example of overregulation by city and county offices that quite frankly just shouldn't be. My power box was up and running but because the inspection office dropped the ball, Broadriver Electric Co. made a special trip to my home to remove the meter so that I could go another night without power. Again, no fault of Five Star. I did pay up for the maintenance program eliminating the high cost of calling out a tech when something breaks and I expect very soon to be using their plumbing service and will update the review after.

This company is AMAZING. After a breaker blew that controls our air conditioning, I called Five Star Electrical on a Saturday night after hours. The lady I spoke with was beyond kind and so helpful; I wish I had gotten her name. You could tell she truly cared and had so much compassion for our situation. She got us set up quickly with someone to come out that night. Tyler, our tech, was equally as amazing. He called me right away to make sure it was an issue he could resolve, and made sure he had the correct part he needed before coming. He was at our home in under 30 minutes, and had the problem completely fixed in even less time. He was professional and kind as well. I can’t thank them enough for the great experience we had. They made a stressful situation so easy.
