I have used Five Star Plumbing off and on for many years, and my recent experience with Lamarion is an example of why I will continue to give them my business. He came on Monday to give us a quote for some plumbing in a bathroom remodel. There are lots of things we are comfortable doing ourselves, and he was so patient with me while we talked through options so we could decide what we wanted to do versus pay for someone to do. He emailed all of the quotes to review and discuss with my husband. Once we agreed on what we wanted to move forward with, Lamarion was able to come back on Wednesday to do the work, which included a prolonged search for the water main to turn the water off, as well as a call to Greenville Water when the valve would not move. When I say the man has the patience of a saint, I'm not exaggerating. He worked until everything was done, then took time to show me exactly what he did. He was here until 8 pm, never rushed, never tried to upsell, never complained, and went above and beyond, all right before he was supposed to leave for a (well-deserved) vacation. If I could give Lamarion 10 stars, I would!
