After having a problem of my HVAC not cooling, I called in on a Sunday morning after calling several other companies and being told a wait time of 2-3 days. Was told I would be put on the schedule immediately and within a few hours I would be contacted with a more precise time because of the hot weather and many service calls they were handling. I was contacted back and told I would be seen by the end of the day and by 4 pm I received a call from Julian. He was very polite and courteous and told me he would be at our house within the hour. Sure enough he was on time and quickly found the problem, had cold air flowing within a very short time. He was professional, careful of our equipment and did not try to oversell me on anything. After reviewing their maintenance agreement I did choose to sign up for it because at just $16 per month and extra things they do for you, it looks to be the “BEST in the BUSINESS.” I highly recommend this company and Julian for his integrity and how he represented the company.

Five Star Plumbing was able to address our AC issue on Saturday night, arriving within the estimated time frame. Dylan was very courteous and addressed all of my questions in a professional manner. The service did not require additional parts or service, and I was very pleasantly surprised that I was not charged any fees beyond the standard service charge, extremely reasonable for a Saturday night! I will definitely contact them again in the future.

Amazing Time from Scheduling to Fix
We called Five Star on Wednesday to replace our HVAC pack. On Thursday, they brought out a plumber (at our request) to check our pipes. Then on Saturday, the HVAC was replaced. They helped us in an amazing time, from scheduling to getting our issues fixed. We are very satisfied. The two guys Kevin and Tony were very nice and made sure we got our house cooled before leaving. They are very thorough, making sure the job was done correctly before heading back to their shop.
