I am a woman alone, struggling financially... couldn't afford to pay all that money... it was a simple matter actually to fix, correct a plug outside of my RV to the circuit breaker box, the wires were exposed... I know nothing... so he was such a kind gentleman to help a damsel in distress by allowing me to communicate while busy himself, to send pictures of my plug and guide me through on how to fix it myself and after it was done approving it... and I did it exactly... after I sent him those pictures and I actually learned something myself to do for myself... and was approved by my landlord... and has been working great... I need to say it actually melts my heart when you have people who understand your situation and are willing to help someone out of the goodness of their heart as best as he could do...
