It took a little time, and two trips, but they got us taken care of, cheaper than I feared it would end up. He was evaluating multiple options, like cutting the pipe and physically cleaning it out, but doggedly persisted in trying to push the camera through periodically, and eventually succeeded. Then flushed the line for us, and gave us recommendations for moving forward. Could’ve just gone with more expensive options at the first setback, but didn’t. Highly recommend these guys.

Our house is on the market for sale. Our downstairs A/C unit was replaced 6 years ago. Our upstairs unit was original to the home being built, 2010. We wanted to replace it before selling. The warranty will transfer to the new owners. Great experience with 5 Star. The sales rep and the tech came on a Tuesday for the $49.99 overall check of both systems. He explained what he was doing to the downstairs unit to bring it up to speed. By Thursday the new upstairs system was installed and working perfectly. Very pleased with all 4 employees that entered our home.

It was two days ago. I didn’t have air conditioning and didn’t know until yesterday last night, 85° inside the house. I found Five Star AC Plumbing Electrical, everything. They showed up on time too. I was surprised they didn’t have the part. They have to order the part till Monday, so I’ll be out of air conditioning for the weekend, but get this: the man went out of his way.
