Never fun when your HVAC fails, but 5 Star was fantastic in diagnosing the issue, giving options to repair or replace, helping refine the choices, and rechecked the measurements. The two technicians who installed the replacement system (Michael and Vitalli) were great, solving some unexpected complications and made sure it was operating fully and we knew how to use it before they left. Completely cleaned up to the point of not knowing they were ever there. Caleb, the supervisor, was fantastic working with me on options, responding to texts and calls immediately as we were trying to figure this out, and making two trips to the site (once to verify measurements and one to review the install with the technicians). No one likes spending money on this stuff, but their pricing was verified as fair by my AI assistant for this area. I can't recommend them enough. Best HVAC service I have ever had.
