Barry, the electrician, diagnosed and corrected a Square D breaker that would not reset. He knew exactly where to go and troubleshoot first and was correct. He was at my house a total of maybe 25 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, and anytime I need electrical work, I will ask for Barry. I’ll give him a 10 out of 10.

We recently started having issues with our AC unit—it kept tripping the breaker panel, and we had no idea what was causing it. I started searching online for help and came across 5 Star Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. I noticed they had outstanding reviews (4.8 stars), so I decided to give them a call.
Keep in mind, it was already later in the evening (after 5:30 PM), so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, they were quick to respond and sent someone out to take a look. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, but that quickly changed once Barry arrived.
Barry was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue and explain everything along the way, which I truly appreciated. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. Thanks to Barry, our AC unit is now fixed and running great!
