Jovaun General was our tech today for our semi-annual check. I appreciate that Jovaun took the time to make sure I understood everything. If we have any issues, Five Star is very quick to respond. Their techs are almost always professional and polite. We have only had one issue with a tech, but Five Star addressed it immediately and resolved our issue.
