JASON CAME OUT TO CHECK ON A PREVIOUS CALL ABOUT A LEAK IN OUR TUB AREA. HE DID SOME MAJOR DETECTIVE WORK AND LOCATED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. VERY PLEASED. THERE WAS ANOTHER TECHNICIAN WITH JASON BUT FORGOT HIS NAME. BOTH WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

Excellent technical service for both HVAC warranty repairs as well as spring and fall maintenance. Schedule committed. Expedited delivery of warranty materials during periods when supply chain deliveries have been an issue. Courteous and customer-focused employees. Plumbing service call was handled timely and professionally. Discovered issues with water heaters leaking. Promptly returned to install two new higher quality 50-gallon heaters and expansion tanks. Very professional, excellent job, much better than original new construction installation. Highly recommend Five Star for all your home maintenance needs. Just added generator service to the list. Excellent as always. Knowledgeable service techs. Installation of new 26KW whole house generator and transfer switch, replacing an old 20KW unit that had failed. Scope of work included changing out two existing breaker panels with a larger main panel to accommodate the upgraded unit. The installation team of two did an excellent job planning the work and assuring there were minimal power interruptions. The techs were both knowledgeable and took pride in their work. Highly recommend their services. Electrical issue after power outage. Prompt response, arrived within 2 hours of calling in the request. Electricians were knowledgeable and customer-focused. Promptly addressed the issue and had everything corrected and up and running in short order. Pleased as always with Five Star's service team. Follow-up to install electronic air cleaner filters on all the return air ducts and assisted with setting up controls on my Apple devices. Once again great customer service. Follow-up service call on new system units. Service tech very knowledgeable. Verified system operations and confirmed all communications links were functioning properly. Julian is excellent at communicating information to the customer.
