Five Star Is Truly 5 Stars
Five Star is truly 5 stars! I called that afternoon because our A/C was out. I figured it would be a few days before they could get out here. Scheduling called me back saying they'd be here after 5:30. The tech got here around 6 and had us up and running within 15 minutes. We've used several other companies in the past but I have never had this kind of service. We've been with 5 Star since April 2014 and it's just been annual maintenance. This was the first repair and they were awesome. Thank you 5 Star. We look forward to many years of service with you.

Just had upstairs unit replaced after 10 plus years. Very satisfied with the new unit and, as always, excellent service. Ronnie and Morgan were great. Did a fantastic job, explained everything along the way, all while our dogs worked alongside. Great team!

Had a slight hiccup with the A/C drain overflow sensor on the new system. Tony came out and took care of it. As always, Tony did an outstanding job. Very pleased with 5 Star.

Technician Gary came out for our regularly scheduled checkup. All was good. Gary was great, just as expected from 5 Star. I have always had great experiences with this company. Gary was very polite. Technician Rolando V. came out to install a UV light in our downstairs unit. Somehow the light was not reinstalled in our new unit last summer. 5 Star took care of it. Rolando did an excellent job. 5 Star continues to prove they are a top notch company who takes care of their customers.

Our AC went out late one night. The guy was out here within an hour. Unfortunately, it was non-repairable, but they were out here the next morning, actually a day early, to get us back up and going. I cannot say enough great things about their team and very professional.

We found Five Star online when our AC unit stopped working. We called after 7 p.m. and the answering service picked up. They were very friendly and helped us set an appointment. Techs arrived in Five Star marked vehicles and wore shoe coverings inside our home. Derrick and Julian were very professional, informative, friendly, and presented us with all options so we could make the best decision (repair vs. replace). We recently started having issues with our AC unit—it kept tripping the breaker panel, and we had no idea what was causing it. I started searching online for help and came across 5 Star Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. I noticed they had outstanding reviews (4.8 stars), so I decided to give them a call.
Keep in mind, it was already later in the evening (after 5:30 PM), so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, they were quick to respond and sent someone out to take a look. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, but that quickly changed once Barry arrived.
