Five Star helped with a drain blockage. Lamairon, the tech, worked diligently for three days and finally got the clog.
3 days was not his fault. Day 1 he snaked the drain; Day 2 had to wait for the line camera to locate the clog; Day 3 had to wait another day for the water jet.
I feel that there should be more of the equipment needed for jobs so customers don't have to wait.
Lamairon could have had this done the first day if he had equipment readily available. Invest in more equipment 🤓
