We recently started having issues with our AC unit—it kept tripping the breaker panel, and we had no idea what was causing it. I started searching online for help and came across 5 Star Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling. I noticed they had outstanding reviews (4.8 stars), so I decided to give them a call.
Keep in mind, it was already later in the evening (after 5:30 PM), so I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, they were quick to respond and sent someone out to take a look. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, but that quickly changed once Barry arrived.
Barry was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the issue and explain everything along the way, which I truly appreciated. Gary did a great job fixing an exterior A/C wire after I accidentally cut it while pruning some ivy. When the unit still didn’t turn back on, he discovered another section of the line that was frayed and shorting out. He was very professional and polite and explained all the costs before doing the job. Highly recommend!
