Requirements for Employment with Five Star

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience preferred
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check
• A valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record for past three years with no more than four points and no suspensions, DUIs and DWIs (for select positions)
