Turns out our 21-year-old units were beyond done and at high risk of carbon monoxide exposure and causing sickness. Sam and Rolando thoroughly explained (with direct visuals, video, pictures, and CO2 readings) what they were seeing with our current systems and what they recommended based on our living situation. A crew of four guys came out today (Vitalily, Mike, Rubin, and Quan) and installed three complete HVAC systems (AC/furnace and thermostats). I can’t believe they got it all done!
